  • What is Heart & Style's mission?
    Our mission is to educate, advocate, and fundraise in everything that we do.
  • How do you ensure quality?
    All designs are created in house and double and triple checked for any errors. As we are human, if we miss an imperfection, please reach out so that we can make things right.
  • Where are your clothes made? Where is Heart & Style based?
    Heart & Style is based out of Salt Lake City, where all of our designs are created. All of our clothing is responsibly manufactured in the United States, Central America, the Caribbean, and Bangladesh.
  • Tell me more about Heart & Style's commitment to sustainability and ethical production.
    Our shirts are sourced from start to finish with respect for resources, both human and natural. Every water source, every unit of energy, every ergonomic workstation, our manufacturer is accountable for, paying as much attention to what goes into the work as what comes out of it.
  • Does Heart & Style donate to charities?
    We are proud to donate and support organizations in the community that are aligned with our mission. We give proceeds from all sales to a designated organization.
  • I'm interested in partnering with Heart & Style. Who do I contact?

  • Tell me more about the fabrics you use.
    Our products are either 100% cotton or a cotton and polyester blend.
  • Are colors the same across all styles?
    We make every effort to ensure that our colors are consistent across every fabric we produce. Due to the nature of the various knit constructions and the various reflective properties of our range of fibers, there is a possibility that a shade may look slightly different when produced in a 50% cotton/50% polyester fabric blend as opposed to a 100% cotton garment. Flat knit constructions such a basic jersey knit also may present a slightly different shade of a color than raised knits like fleece. It is always recommended to obtain a sample of the garment in question to properly assess the exact color.
  • Are your products washer and dryer safe? Do you have special care instructions?
    Wash on cold, inside out, with like colors Pre-treat any stains by gently dabbing with a stain remover or natural solution like diluted vinegar. Never aggressively scrub. Use a mild, gentle detergent without added bleach or fabric softener. Look for cleaners specially formulated for delicates or sensitive skin. Turn shirts inside out to protect the design from pilling and friction. Turning them inside out prevents damage from contact with other items. Wash in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. Warm water can cause fading, and hot water damages prints. Cold water is ideal. For best results, air dry tees by hanging on a plastic hanger or laying flat. Air drying is ideal to preserve graphics and avoid shrinkage.
  • How fast are orders processed?
    All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. We typically work Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend are typically processed first thing Monday morning. Our team prioritizes orders placed with express shipping to get these orders shipped ASAP. Please note, orders placed during busy periods or presale take a bit longer to process.
  • Where is my shipping information?
    You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email once an order is successfully shipped.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Most orders with standard shipping (that are not presale) are delivered within 3-8 business days of shipping. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.
  • What are my shipping options?
    All customers can choose their preferred shipping method. Please account for order processing time before selecting a delivery service. Standard Shipping: Packages with be shipped UPS Ground. Most orders with standard shipping are delivered within 2-7 business days of shipping. Standard Shipping is free on orders $100+ (after discounts and without shipping, handling, or taxes). For orders below $100, there is a Standard Shipping flat rate of $8.50. UPS 3 Day Shipping ($20): 3-day shipping offered for U.S. orders under a certain weight. UPS 3 Day Shipping ($30): 3-day shipping offered for U.S. orders under a certain weight. A note for UPS shipping: UPS currently delivers packages with 2-Day and 3-Day shipping Monday - Friday and not on weekends. We do not offer refunds for the cost of expedited shipping if the package has been shipped within our expected processing window.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time.
  • What if I need to change my order?
    You are able to edit your order within twelve hours of purchase. It can be edited by sending an email to hello@shopheartandstyle.com. After twelve hours, your order can no longer be edited. Please check your order, billing, and shipping addresses carefully before you place your order.
  • What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
    After an order is placed, customers have the option to edit an order within twelve hours of purchase. Once the twelve hour window has passed, please reach out us at hello@shopheartandstyle.com to see if your address can be changed. We are not responsible for charges incurred from the return of a package or the additional shipment to its correct address.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    You will receive an order confirmation via the email you provided once an order is successfully placed.
  • What is your return policy?
    A return must be requested within 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. A $8.50 return fee will be charged to cover shipping. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
  • How do I return a Heart & Style item?
    Please email hello@shopheartandstyle.com with your order number and select the items you'd like to return.
  • What if my items are damaged or defective?
    We stand behind our products and are proud to have quality control that ensures the highest quality possible. In the rare case you receive a defective item, email us at hello@shopheartandstyle.com with a photo of your item to file a claim for your product. We will allow claims on any items that have manufacturing defects within 1 month from the date of purchase. Non-returnable items, no exceptions - Normal wear and tear (holes, pilling, fading, snags, stains, etc.) - Accidents (example: "the dog ate my tote") - Shrinkage (remember to wash in cold water & hang dry) For help with any of these issues, please contact us here.
  • The product I just bought is on sale. Do you offer price adjustments?
    No, we do not offer price adjustments.
